If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit, style, or quality, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returns are processed at our US facility in Houston, Texas.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
It must be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Return (Houston Warehouse)
1. Contact Us First: Please email [email protected] to initiate your return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
2. Ship It: Once approved, please mail your return to our US warehouse address below. (Note: Do not return items to the address on the shipping label or our office in Wyoming.)

3. Refund & Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our Houston facility, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items We uphold the highest quality control standards and inspect every garment before it leaves our artisan workshop in Ordos. In the rare event that you receive a defective item:
Email us immediately with photos of the issue.
To ensure quality assurance, we require defective items to be returned to our Houston facility for inspection.
Once received and verified, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
