To ensure the authenticity of our premium materials, all orders are shipped directly from our artisan workshop in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
