Returns should be simple.

We want you to genuinely love your VIONIS piece. If the fit isn't quite right, or if it's just not what you expected, we are here to help.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

1.  Email Us
    Send a quick note to support@vionisxy.com with your Order # and the reason for the return.

2.  Pack & Ship
    Place the item back in its original packaging (please include the dust bag if applicable). You can ship the item to our warehouse address below:

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our Houston warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect it. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is issued to your original payment method.
